Hailee Steinfeld snuffed out the rumor that she’s allegedly dating Justin Bieber in an interview on SiriusXM Morning Mash Up on Wednesday (May 3, 2017).

Steinfeld and Bieber were shipped as a couple when photos of Bieber calling her on Facetime from his car began circulating on the internet, but Steinfeld maintains that they’re only friends.
“I am not,” said Steinfeld when she was asked if she’s dating the ‘Sorry’ singer. “I know, it’s crazy. I don’t know why people make such a big deal.”
“We’re friends,” she added. “We’ve been friends for years and, yeah.”
