The date of the zonal screening is February 19 to March 3. Successful candidates are to attend the Zonal screening in their state of origin. Check the address of your zonal centre here.
Go there with a Waec Scratch Card for result confirmation.
Also know that Candidates selected at the Zonal Screening Exercise will immediately commence training at The Depot, Nigerian Army, Zaria. #Start preparing your morale.

Submission of DSS Form is no longer required. Candidates selected at the Zonal Screening Exercise will immediately commence training at The Depot, Nigerian Army, Zaria.

Here is the latest update:
For candidates that have been shortlisted for the Nigerian Army Zonal Screening.
Please know that the screening will take place on the 22nd of January.
What else?
All shortlisted Candidates are expected to Print out this DSS Certification Form. You are to take this form to the DSS Office in your state for Attestation. Click here to download the form.
All candidates must present the duly attested forms at the Zonal Screening Centers before they can be admitted for the exercise. Any candidate who fails to provide this form duly attested will be disqualified.

Do you remember it? The result for that exam has now been released. Only those who passed that one will be allowed to proceed to the next stage(being 76RRI Zonal Screening)
What should you do now?
Go over the list Nigerian Army Shortlisted candidates page here. Click on the state and centre where you wrote your Pre Screening Exam. Then check the list to confirm if your name is there.
If your name is not there – Sorry, It means your journey into the 76RRI will end here.
If your name is on that list (this list) – Congrats, start preparing for the zonal screening(try our past questions game).

  1. Pre-Screening Examination will hold on January 7, 2017 nationwide in the centres published here. Shortlisted candidates are to attend the Pre-Screening Examination at the centre they had chosen when completing the application form.
  2. Candidates that participated in the Pre-Screening Examination are to check back  on January 15, 2017 for the list of successful candidates for the Zonal Screening Exercise.

How to Apply for Nigerian Army 76 RRI Enlistment

Step 1: Create an account on the portal. You will be required to provide a valid Email Address (this will be your User Name) and a Password. Note: You can log in to the portal at any time with your Email Address (User Name) and Password.
Step 2: Complete the Application form and Print a copy of your form. The complete form also contains the Guarantor’s section.
Step 3: All short listed applicants are to attend the Pre-Selection Examination at the centre of their choices on 7th January 2017.
Step 4: Candidates that sat for the Pre-Screening Examination are to check this website on 15th January 2017 for the list of candidates short listed to attend the Zonal Screening Exercise
Step 5: Successful candidates from the Pre-Selection Examination are to attend the Zonal Screening Exercise at the designated Zonal Centres for their respective states from 22nd January 2017.
Step 6: Candidates selected after the Zonal Screening Exercise will commence training immediately at The Depot, Nigerian Army, Zaria.

Basic Qualifications

These are conditions you must meet, to be considered for enlistment. They apply to Tradesmen and Non Tradesmen.
Applicants must be a  Nigerian citizen by birth.
Possess a minimum of 4 credits in not more than 2 sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. One of the credits must be in English Language. For Non-Tradesmen/Women, any O-Level result obtained before 2010 will not be accepted.
In addition to above qualification, those applying as tradesmen/women must also posses OND/Trade Test/City and Guild Certificate. Details are available on the Tradesmen Requirements page.
For Tradesmen/Women, any OND/Trade Test/City and Guild Certificate obtained before 2008 will not be accepted.
Non-Tradesmen & Women Applicants must be aged between 18 – 22 years by 1st September, 2016.
Tradesmen & Women Applicants must be aged between 18 – 26 years by 1st September, 2016.
Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit and must not be less than 1.65 meters tall for male and 1.56 meters tall for female.
Applicants must be free of any Criminal conviction.
Applicants must submit all duly completed form (printed from this online portal) at the screening centres during the screening exercise period.
The Printed forms shall be accompanied with the following documents:
Photocopies of Birth Certificate/Age Declaration.
Photocopies of academic and professional Certificates.
A duly completed and signed Guarantor’s section of the Application form (printed from this on-line portal).
Applicants shall be required to produce the originals of all certificates/Credentials.
Any applicant suspected to have impersonated, manipulated or submitted false documents shall be disqualified during or after training. Such an applicant shall also be handed over to the Police for Prosecution.
Candidates whose pictures are not submitted electronically will not be considered for shortlisting.
The Nigerian Army shall not entertain any enquiries in respect of applicants whose applications are rejected or failed to meet the selection criteria. | Source
